1. The subject of the order is the following services: granting a long-term bank loan to finance the planned budget deficit in 2023 and repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to loans taken out.
1.1. The scope of the subject of the order includes:
a) Loan amount: 2.5PLN 60,733.00
b) Placing the funds at the Ordering Party's disposal on November 30, 2023
c) The instruction to disburse the loan will be made by the Ordering Party submitting a written request for funds sent electronically (email),
and the original will be immediately delivered to banku.
d) Loan repayment period from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2032
e) The first repayment of the capital installment will take place on December 31, 2023
f) Repayment of the last installment will take place by December 31, 2032
