Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in granting a long -term bank loan in the amount of PLN 15,000,000.00. (in words: fifteen million zlotys) for repayment of previously incurred liabilities from loans and covering the deficit.
2. Loan payment in the years 2026-2045.
3. The Credit will be charged in tranches from the date of signing the contract to 20.12.2025, the Employer reserves the right to launch a loan in tranches within 3 business days of submitting the disposal of the loan.
4. The applicant reserves the right to take a loan in the amount lower than indicated in para. 1 i.e. PLN 15,000,000.00 without additional fees and commissions.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in granting a long -term bank loan in the amount of PLN 15,000,000.00. (in words: fifteen Millions of PLN) intended for repayment of previously incurred loans liabilities and a deficit cover.
