Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long -term bank loan to pay off previously taken loans and loans and finance the planned budget deficit up to PLN 10,300,000.00 (in words: ten million three hundred thousand zlotys 00/100).
2. The contracting authority obliges take a loan to PLN 10,300,000.00, but in an amount not lower than PLN 6,500,000.00.
The contracting authority determines the amount of the loan tranche and the date of its launch. The loan tranche is launched on the basis of written disposal signed by two members of the board of the Łowicz Poviat, which will be submitted no later than on the 1st business day before the loan launch date. The date of launching the funds can only be a business day. The final date of launching the loan expires on 31.12.2025.
4. The bank gives grace in the repayment of the loan until 31/12/2027. The first loan installment is paid until 31.01.2028 according to the schedule.
5. The cost of the loan may consist only of interest on the loan amount.
