Description:
A service consisting in granting a long-term bank cash loan in the amount of PLN 4,500,000.00 (in words: four million five hundred thousand zlotys) with a repayment period of 60 months and a grace period until December 31, 2026, intended to finance the budget deficit of the Pask commune planned for 2025, while maintaining the following conditions: repayment period of 60 months, loan availability date: up to 2 days from the date of signing the contract, final loan use date: by December 31, 2025, grace period in loan repayment until December 31, 2026, variable loan interest rate based on the WIBOR index 3M, plus/minus the constant margin of the lending bank, for the purposes of calculating the order value, the following should be assumed: 3M WIBOR indicator as of September 30, 2025, number of days in the year 365, loan disbursement date as of November 10, 2025, the loan should be repaid in monthly installments of PLN 75,000.00 from January 2027 to December 2031, securing the loan repayment by means of a blank promissory note together with a declaration of bills of exchange, payment of the commission for granting the loan will take place on the day the contract is signed.
