- The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in granting and servicing a long -term consolidation loan in the amountIn previous years at Bank SpoΕdzielczy in BraΕsk, in accordance with Resolution No. VIII/56/2025 of the Rudka Commune Council of March 24, 2025 regarding the consolidation loan.
1. Credit. The loan will be repaid in the period 01/06/2025 - 31/12/2051, i.e. 26 years 7 months (319 installments),According to the following schedule:
-from 01.06.2025 to 31/12/2025-PLN 103334.00, 7 installments after PLN 1,4762.00,
-from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2050-PLN 2,2008,008.00 a year, PLN 3,334.00, PLN 5,500,200.00,
-oD 01.01.2051 31.12.2051 - PLN 209,257.00, 11 installments after PLN 1,8334.00, 1installment PLN 7583.00.
