Description:
1. The subject of the order is to grant and service a long-term loan up to PLN 26,000,000.00.
2. The loan will be granted for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract until the date of full repayment of principal and interest, i.e. until June 30, 2035.
3. The deadline for using the loan is December 31, 2025 year.
4. Grace period for loan repayment until June 30, 2026.
Granting a long-term investment loan in the amount of up to PLN 26,000,000 to finance the planned budget deficit and repay liabilities in 2025
1. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan up to the amount of PLN 26,000,000.00.
2. The Contractor will grant the Ordering Party a loan in Polish currency, under the conditions specified in the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party will use the funds from the loan to finance the planned budget deficit up to PLN 19,500,000.00 and to cover liabilities planned in budget expenditure up to the amount of PLN 6,500,000.00.
4. The loan will be granted for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract until the date of full repayment of principal and interest, i.e. until June 30, 2035.
5. The Contractor will open a credit account no later than on the day of concluding the credit agreement and will maintain it free of charge during its period. validity.
6. The Contractor will make the loan funds available to the Ordering Party on the day the contract is signed.
7. The loan will be used in Polish currency.
