in the amount of PLN 6,000,000.00 to repay previously incurred liabilities and to finance the planned budget deficit
2. The subject of the order includes the provision of a banking service consisting in granting a loan long-term in 2025 in the amount of PLN 6,000,000.00 to repay previously incurred liabilities in the amount of PLN 1,150,000 and to finance the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 4,850,000.
1) Loan amount PLN 6,000,000.00 (in words: PLN six million)
2) Loan use period: up to December 31, 2025
3) Loan provision: based on each instruction of the Nagłowice Commune.
4) Grace period for loan repayment: June 29, 2026.
5) Loan repayment in 26 installments according to the following schedule:
