- 1.1 The subject of the contract is to grant the Long -Term Long -term loan to the municipality of Słońsk in the amount of PLN 6,730,000.00 (in words: six million seven hundred and thirty thousand PLN) for financing the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 1,248,580 and the repayment of previously taken loansand loans in the amount of PLN 5,481,420.
1.2 granting a loan in PLN.
1.3 Loan period - 186 months (deadline).
1.4 The bidder will ensure the possibility of prior repayment of all or part of the loan without additional fees and commissions.
1.5 In the event of prior repayment of part or all of the capital,Interest will be charged on the actual debt.
1.6 Repayment of interest in quarterly periods, at the end of each quarter. The first repayment of interest - 30.06.2025.
1.7 Form of loan collateral - blank promissory note.
2. Loan interest rate
2.1 The interest rate on the loan will be calculated quarterly inAnnual relationship according to the WIBOR 3M interest rate, corrected by the indicator adopted by the bidder and enlarged by the bank's margin.
2.2 As a base rate for determining the loan interest rate offeredthree -month 3m determined on the basis of the WIBOR 3M rate from the last business day of the quarter preceding the period of calculation of interest, i.e. 5.84 %.
