Description:
1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 10,000,000.00 to the City of Szczecinek for partial financing of the budget deficit planned in the budget of the City of Szczecinek for 2025, with the following characteristics:
1) Loan amount: 10,000,000.00 PLN,
The loan is disbursed once until December 15, 2025 based on the Borrower's application submitted to the bank by December 9, 2025,
2) The Borrower undertakes to repay the Loan in the following installments and on the following dates:
a)from January 2027 to November 2036 in 119 (one hundred and nineteen) equal installments in the amount of PLN 83,333.00 (in words: eighty-three thousand three hundred and thirty-three zlotys 00/100) on the last day of a given month,
b) by December 31, 2036, 1 (one) installment in the amount of PLN 83,373.00 PLN (in words: eighty-three thousand three hundred and seventy-three zlotys 00/100).
3) Interest on the loan granted will be repaid monthly on the last day of a given month.
4) Loan servicing costs include:
a) loan interest rate,
b)commission preparatory.
The commission is payable on the amount of the loan disbursed within 3 business days after
loan disbursement (day of receipt of the loan tranche on the Borrower's account).
The loan interest rate will be variable, determined on the basis of the base rate plus the Bank's margin.
