Description:
The subject of the order is: granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 12,000,000.00 (in words: twelve million zlotys) to finance the planned deficit and to repay previously incurred loans to the Kępiński County for a period of 15 years (2025-2039) with repayment over a period of 14 years (2026-2039).
1. Characteristics of the loan:
1) Loan amount: up to PLN 12,000,000.00 (in words: twelve million zlotys).
2) Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement until November 30, 2039;
3) The Contractor will place the loan funds at the Ordering Party's disposal:
a) during the period: at the earliest from signing the contract, and no later than December 31, 2025,
b) in tranches, depending on the borrower's needs, based on written applications submitted by the Ordering Party for the payment of the next tranche, within 3 business days before the launch, without submitting separate loan applications,
c) launch the loan will be made non-cash by transfer to the Ordering Party's bank account, i.e. Kępiński County with the number: 65 1020 2212 0000 5702 0372 5744 at Powszechna Kasa Oszczedności Bank Polski Społka Akcyjna.
4) Instructions for releasing tranches may be submitted in the form specified by the bank.
5) Dispositions loan tranche releases will be sent electronically (email or home banking) within the tranche release date. The original will be immediately delivered to the bank. Delivery of the original cannot determine the release of the loan tranche.
