Description:
The scope of the fall will include, among others, Loan amount up to 1,300,000.00 with (one million three hundred thousand zoty). 2. Loan period - from the date of signing the contract to 31.03.2029.3. The Ordering Party does not provide for the contractors to charge any abbots and commissions for granting a loan. 4. Activation loan by August 15, 2025 in tranches at the written disposition of the Ordering Party within 2 business days from the date of the Zoenia. 5. Planned tranches of loan launch: 1) 1 tranche in the amount of 800,000.00 from August 15, 2025 (date of the inclusion to the order of the Ordering Party). 2) 2 tranche in the amount of 100,000.00 from until the day of 30 in 2025 (the date of the inclusion to the order of the ordering). 3) 3 tranche in the amount of 400,000.00 from November 30, 2025 (date of the inclusion to the order of the Ordering Party). 6. Orderingers reserves the ability to change the deadlines for launching tranches and their height without necessity changes in the contract. The loan is guilty of the time on writing within the period specified in paragraph 4.2. point 4.7.
