Description:
1. The subject of the contract is granting a long -term loan of PLN 15,000,000
for the repayment of previous obligations and financing of the planned deficit.
2. The material scope of the task being the subject of the proceedings is described in detail
in the specification of the conditions orders and its attachments.

4. Planned loan period: 7 years; Refund of capital - quarterly from the first quarter of 2026.

7. Base rate to be determined interest rates:
- to the offer: at the WIBOR 3M rate as at July 31, 2025.
- to the contract: the interest rate on the loan on the day of the contract is the sum of the WIBOR 3M rate from the last day of the preceding month, in which the contract and the contractor's margin will be concluded - it applies until the end of the calendar month, in which the contract will be concluded.
When calculating interest for each subsequent interest period, the Contractor applies the WIBOR 3M rate
