Description:
Granting a long -term loan in the amount of PLN 17,200,000 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Przeworsk commune in 2025 in the amount of PLN 17,000,000.00 and the repayment of previously taken out ...conclusion of a loan agreement until 31/12/2025.
The loan will be launched in the tranches at the written request of the Ordering Party within 3 business days, counting from the date of receipt by the Contractor's application, submitted by the Employer by electronic means or in writing - in the absence of possibilitiessubmitting the application by electronic means.
3. Credit: from the date of signing the contract to 20.12.2040.capital in Polish zlotys will take place in installments according to the schedule. The contractor provides information on the amount of the interest amount to the Ordering Party at least 7 business days before the repayment date, without charging the contracting authority with costs.
