- Subject of the order: a service consisting in granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 1,800,000.00 to finance the planned deficit of the City of Mszana Dolna for 2025. Loan period - from the date of signing the contract to the date of repayment of the last installment, i.e. until October 31, 2036. The loan will be disbursed at the request of the Ordering Party. Payment will be made in full or in part, no later than two days from the submission of the written request. Planned date of loan launch: December 15, 2025. The loan will be used by December 31, 2025. The loan will be repaid in 11 installments, i.e.: - in 2026 in the amount of PLN 100,000.00. patna October 31, 2026 ; - in 2027-2030, 1 installment payable on October 31, PLN 170,000.00 - in 2031-2032, 1 installment payable on October 31, PLN 10,000.00 each - in 2033 - 2034, 1 installment payable on October 31 PLN 50,000.00 each - in the years 2035-2036, 1 installment payable on October 31 after PLN 450,000.00 The loan interest will be determined annually according to a variable interest rate based on the WIBOR 3M rate (as quoted on the interbank market) plus the Contractor's fixed margin.
