A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is described below: Granting a long-term loan of PLN 2,000,000.00, intended for the repayment of previously taken out liabilities due to loans. The basis for initiating a loan proceedings are documents constituting Annex 6 to SWZ. 2. CONDITIONS FOR REARCH OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: 1) Capital repayment schedule - constitute Annex 5 to SWZ.Carence in repayment of capital from signing the contract: until 31.01.2022. Credit repayment: from 2022 to 2029.2) Launching the loan tread It will be in tranches, by 31.12.2021, on the basis of a written information of the borrower about the date and height of the tranche, which will be paid in Zloty / PLN / to the bank account of the Employer: Bank of Spółdzielczy in Żywiec 95 8137 0009 0000 2541 2000 0020.
