4.1. The subject of the order is a service called Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,670,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Krzyanowice commune in 2025.4.2. The loan amount is PLN 2,670,000.00. 4.3. Detailed terms of the order, including quality standards, o referred to in Art. 246 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law: a) Loan currency PLN. b) The capital will be repaid in monthly installments in the amounts and on dates specified in accordance with the schedule constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. c) The Ordering Party reserves the right, without incurring additional costs, to earlier repayment of part or all of the loan. In such a case, the Contractor will not charge fees and commissions. d) In the event of early repayment of part or all of the loan, the Contractor and the Ordering Party will establish a new repayment schedule in accordance with the Ordering Party's request in the form of an annex to the contract, without charging additional fees. e) The Contractor undertakes to disburse the loan/loan tranche within no more than 2 business days from the date of submission of the order by the Ordering Party. f) The loan will be disbursed based on a written instruction submitted to the Contractor.
