The subject of the order is: Granting a loan in the amount of up to PLN 2,720,000.00 to cover the planned budget deficit of the Nowe Miasto nad Pilic Commune and repayment of previously incurred liabilities arising from issued municipal bonds.3. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1) Planned loan period from the date of loan disbursement until March 31, 2035,2) Loan currency PLN,3) Grace period in loan repayment until March 30, 2032 (applies only to principal installments; interest repayment starting from the next calendar quarter after which the loan is disbursed),4) Repayment of principal in pro rata installments (one installment capital once every six years), interest quarterly (one interest installment in each calendar quarter of the loan, subject to point 22), calculated on the basis of the loan actually used, 5) Loan interest rate: variable interest rate equal to the sum of the base rate and the Bank's margin fixed during the lending period, including all additional costs of the Bank incurred by the Ordering Party.
