Description:
1) The subject of the order is the granting of a long-term loan to cover the budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities related to loans taken out. 2) Loan amount: up to PLN 2,790,000.00 (in words: Two million seven hundred and ninety thousand zlotys 00/100).3) Loan period: from the date of signing Credit agreement until October 28, 2035 (i.e. until the date of repayment of the last principal and interest installment).4) The loan will be repaid in annual installments, taking into account a grace period in the loan repayment - the subsequent capital repayment will be starting from October 28, 2026.5) The interest will be repaid in monthly periods until the last day of the month for a given month, with the first interest installment being paid by December 31, 2025. Provided that the last interest installment will be payable together with the capital installments until the date of repayment of the last loan installment.6) The cost of servicing the loan is: a) the loan interest rate, which consists of: base rate, variable interest rate calculated for each interest period based on the WIBOR 1M bank deposit interest rate, the contractor's margin was constant during the loan period (m), b) preparation fee for udz...
