Brief description of the subject of the order: Granting a loan in the amount of PLN 2,921,321 for the repayment of previously taken out loans in accordance with Resolution No. LXX/564/2023 of the Nisko City Council of August 30, 2023, the Ordering Party will allocate the funds from the loan to repay previously taken out loans. and borrowek in the amount of: PLN 2,921,321., 3. Conditions of granting the loan: the loan will be paid once from the date of signing the contract to December 30, 2023, the Contractor will release the loan funds in accordance with the Ordering Party's instructions in the instructions submitted to the Contractor, without submitting separate petitionscredit union subject to consideration.
