Description:
The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,999,000 to finance the planned budget deficit.
The scope of the contract includes in particular:
1) Credit disbursement date: by December 31, 2023
2) The Contractor will grant a loan in the Polish currency.
3 ) Tranchescredit payments will be made at the written request of the Ordering Party within 1 to 5 business days in the amount indicated in the application.
4) The credit will be granted for the period from the date of signing the credit agreement until December 31, 2030.
5) Repayment of the loan will be made in quarterly capital installments in2025-2030. Installments payable on the last business day of each quarter. Amount of capital installments:
- 4 installments of PLN 49,750 in 2025,
- 4 installments of PLN 140,000 in each subsequent year from 2026 to 2030.
