Description:
The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan up to PLN 3,000,000
intended to finance the planned municipal budget deficit for 2025.
Quality requirements relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract:
1. Provisions regarding the deposit of funds at the disposal of the Ordering Party.
The contractor makes funds available to the borrower in the period from the date of signing the contract (but not earlier than after the Ordering Party establishes legal security for the loan) until December 31, 2025.
2. Provisions regarding commissioning.
1) The loan will be activated within three business days from the date of submission of the instruction.
2) The loan funds will be disbursed to the account of the Gogolin commune.
3) To calculate the offered price, the loan disbursement should be assumed on December 15, 2025.
3.Repayment provisions.
Repayment of capital installments will be made in dates:
March 20, 2031 in the amount of PLN 600,000;
March 20, 2032 in the amount of PLN 600,000;
March 20, 2033 in the amount of PLN 600,000;
March 20, 2034 in the amount of PLN 600,000;
on March 20, 2035 in the amount of PLN 600,000.
The interest on the loan will be repaid will be on a monthly basis, by the 10th day of each month, from the current income of the Gogolin Commune - real estate tax.
The Contractor will be obliged to provide the Ordering Party with information regarding the amount of interest repayment no later than 5 business days before the contractual repayment date.
