Description:
1) Granting a long-term commercial loan in Polish currency in the maximum amount - PLN 3,400,000.00 (three million four hundred thousand zlotys); including financing the planned budget deficit of the Jarosław Municipality and early repayment incurred obligations. 2) Deadline for order completion: up to 7 days after selecting the most advantageous offer and after the borrower submits an application for a loan specifying its amount - in an amount not exceeding PLN 3,400,000.00. 3) As a form The loan is secured with its own blank promissory note. 4) The loan will be disbursed after the Ordering Party submits an instruction, no later than December 28, 2025. 5) The loan repayment date is the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2039, in installments monthly. 6) The Ordering Party reserves the right to repay the loan early without any financial costs incurred by the Ordering Party.
