Description:
The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in PLN in the amount of PLN 4,382,000.00 to the Lubaczow Commune, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party, with the following characteristics:
Activation the loan will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN), in a non-cash form by executing the Ordering Party's instructions
b) Purpose of the loan:
• repayment of previously incurred liabilities under credits and loans in the amount of
PLN 4,382,000.00.
c) Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2038 r.
d) The loan repayment will be secured only by a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration, with the countersignature of the Commune Treasurer on these documents.
e) The loan will be disbursed upon the borrower's written instruction, in the form of a transfer, in tranches, to the indicated bank account within the period from the date of signing the contract until December 31, 2025.
3.1. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to this specification
3.2. The proposed provisions of the public procurement contract constitute Annex No. 7.
