Description:
Detailed description of the subject of the order: 3.1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan to the Ciechanow Commune in the amount of PLN 4,394,245.97 (in words: four million three hundred and ninety-four thousand, two hundred and forty-five zlotys 97/100) with a repayment period until November 29, 2030.3.2 Loan is intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Ciechanw Commune 3.3. The loan will be disbursed in tranches: no3.4. Repayments of loan installments scheduled for 2026-2030 will be made in annual installments, by January 30 of each year according to the schedule. Last loan installment to November 29, 2030. The amount of the loan installments and the repayment date are specified in the Long-term loan repayment schedule, which constitutes Annex No. 6 to this specification. Interest repayment will be made in accordance with the schedule.3.5. The loan interest rate is: variable WIBOR 1M interest rate + fixed constant bank's margin, In order to prepare an offer in this procedure, the Contractor should accept the WIBOR 1M rate as of October 31, 2025 (4.84%).
