Description:
1. Name of the order: "Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 4,456,330."
2. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 4,456,330 to finance the planned district budget deficit in the amount of PLN 2,075,664 and to repay previously incurred debts. liabilities due to credits and loans in the amount of PLN 2,380,666.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party requires that the contractor in the fleet of motor vehicles (within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law) used in the performance of a public task, had an appropriate number of electric or natural gas-powered vehicles, thus meeting the provisions of Art. 68 section 3 in connection with Art. 35 section 2 point 2 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels, on how much the execution of the order will require the use of motor vehicles.
5. The Ordering Party does not envisage employment under an employment contract in accordance with the position of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of December 12, 2012 (DPP/WOP1/023/663/2/2012/MS), the position of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of September 16, 2019 and the position Polish Bank Association presented on December 23, 2019 in an article by the monthly BANK regarding the preferred form of employment in banks
