Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long -term bank loan in the amount of PLN 4,850,000.00 for financing the planned deficit and repayment of previous loans.
2. Long -term banking in the amount of PLN 4,850,000.00 (four million eight hundred fifty thousands of zlotys) at the National Bank, intended to finance the planned deficit and repayment of previously taken loans. Interest rate based on the WIBOR rate for one -month -old interbank deposits from the last business day of the month preceding the interest period, enlarged by a bank margin. The loan will not be charged with other fees than those mentioned in SWZ, the only cost of the loan is its interest rate on the amount actually used. Throughout the lending period, the lender's margin remains unchanged. The borrower will have the right to:
• not using the full amount of the loan,
• prior repayment of the loan without additional costs,
• extending the loan repayment deadline without additional costs during the contract.
Form of loan collateral Treasurer of the Poviat.
In the event that the WIBOR 1M base rate reaches a negative value, it is assumed that the value of the WIBOR 1M base foot is zero.
