- 1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 5,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Malechowo Commune and to repay the incurred credits and loans. 2.Currency: PLN 3. Loan in the amount of up to PLN 5,000,000.00 (in words: five million zlotys 00/100) will be disbursed in full or in tranches from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2025, at the Ordering Party's written request sent in the form of a scan electronically. 4. Instructions for releasing tranches loan applications may be submitted in the form specified by the Contractor. 5. The Contractor will transfer the funds from the loan by cashless transfer to the Employer's bank account at the Cooperative Bank in SΕawno, Branch in MalechΓ³w no. 91 9317 1012 0040 0073 2000 0010. 6.Period lending: from the date of signing the loan agreement until repayment, but no later than July 31, 2036. 7. The principal installments of the loan will be repaid in the years: 2026 - 2036. 8. The capital will be repaid starting from January 30, 2026 in quarterly installments, payable on the last business day of the first month of a given quarter, in accordance with with the following schedule: 1) in 2026 - quarterly installment of PLN 100,000.00, the amount of PLN 400,000.00 will be repaid; 2) in 2027 - quarterly installment of PLN 100 PLN 000.00, the amount of PLN 400,000.00 will be repaid; 3) in 2028 - quarterly installment of PLN 100,000.00, the amount of PLN 400,000.00 will be repaid; 4) in 2029 - quarterly installment of PLN 100,000.00...
