Description:
1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 5,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Malechowo Commune and to repay the incurred credits and loans.
2.Currency: PLN
3. Loan in the amount of up to PLN 5,000,000.00 (in words: five million PLN 00/100) will be launched in full or in tranches from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2025 at the written request of the Ordering Party sent in the form of a scan electronically.
4. Instructions for releasing loan tranches may be submitted in the form specified by the Contractor.
5. Contractor's funds will transfer the loan proceeds by non-cash transfer to the Ordering Party's bank account at the Cooperative Bank in Sławno, Branch in Malechow no.
91 9317 1012 0040 0073 2000 0010.
6. Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement until repayment, but no later than July 31, 2036.
7. Repayment of installments capital loan will take place in the years: 2026 2036.
8. The capital will be repaid starting from January 30, 2026 in quarterly installments, payable on the last business day of the first month of a given quarter, in accordance with
with the following schedule:
1) in 2026 quarterly installment of PLN 100,000.00 PLN, the amount of PLN 400,000.00 will be repaid;
2) in 2027 - quarterly installment of PLN 100,000.00, the amount of PLN 400,000.00 will be repaid;
3) in 2028 - quarterly installment of PLN 100,000.00, the amount of PLN 400,000.00 will be repaid;
