A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 5,000,000.002. The loan will be granted in the amount of PLN 5,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the commune 3. Commissioning of a loan - from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2021 in tranches dependent on the needs of the Ordering Party, launched on the basis of a written request to the Employer submitted to the Bank Mail or by fax no later than 2 business days before the planned payment date on the bank account indicated by him .4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to not use the loan in full without incurring additional costs.5. Interest on credit credit for the entire loan period, based on the WIBOR 3M rate, calculated as the average of the last 10 quotations preceding the interest period and enlarged by a constant bank.6 margin.
