Description:
1. The subject of the order is: the service of granting a long-term loan in the amount of
(in words: five million one hundred and fifteen thousand zlotys 00/100), incurred to finance the planned budget deficit.
2. The loan should be available in one tranche from the day following date of signing the contract until December 31, 2025.

4. The grace period for loan repayment covers the time from the date of signing the contract until December 31, 2025.
5. Repayment interest on individual loan tranches will be made in monthly installments, starting from the month following the month in which the tranche will be launched.
6. The loan will be secured by a blank bill of exchange together with a bill of exchange declaration.
7. The interest rate will be variable based on the base rate WIBOR 1M, quoted on the last business day of the month preceding the accounting month (rounded to two decimal places).
