Description:
1. The subject of the order is: the service of granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 5,204,000.00. (in words: five million two hundred and four thousand zlotys 00/100), incurred to repay previously incurred liabilities arising from the issue of securities and incurred loans and credits by the Ropczyce Commune.
2. The loan should be available in one tranche from the day following the date of signing the agreement until December 31, 2025.
3. Loan repayment will take place in the period: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2035. (period of 120 months).
1) until December 31, 2026 PLN 50,000.00,
2) until December 31, 2027. PLN 50,000.00,
3) do December 31, 2028 PLN 50,000.00,
4) until December 31, 2029 PLN 100,000.00,
5) until December 31, 2030 PLN 600,000.00,
6) until December 31, 2031 PLN 300,000.00,
7) until December 31, 2032 PLN 600,000.00,
8) until December 31, 2033 - PLN 600,000.00,
9) until December 31, 2034 PLN 704,000.00,
10) until December 31, 2035 - PLN 2,150,000.00.
4. Period grace period for loan repayment covers the time from the date of signing the contract until December 31, 2025.
5. Interest on individual loan tranches will be repaid in monthly installments, starting from the month following the month in which the tranche will be disbursed.
6. The loan will be secured by a blank promissory note along with with a bill of exchange declaration.
7. The interest rate will be variable based on the base rate - WIBOR 1M, quoted on the last business day of the month preceding the accounting month (rounded to two decimal places).
