Description:
The subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan of PLN 6,314,788.89 for the Krośniewice commune for financing the planned budget deficit for 2025 and the repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to loans and loans in accordance with Resolution No.XVI/90/2025 of the City Council in Krośniewice of March 28, 2025 on taking out a long -term loan.
1) The day of signing the contract will be the day of making the loan at the disposal of the Employer. The loan will be paid in three tranches, on dates adapted to the needs of the Employer, withuse by 31.12.2025, based on the written instructions of the Ordering Party.
2) grace period in the repayment of loan installments - until February 25, 2027
3) repayment of loan installments from February 26, 2027 to March 31, 2038 - according to the schedule constituting Annex 6 to this SWZ.
4) loan installments payable in accordance withwith a loan repayment schedule (Annex 6 to SWZ).
5) interest on the loan used charged in monthly periods and paid
until the last day of each month.
6) interest is calculated for each day of use of the loan, in accordance with the state of factual debt.
7) for comparison purposesOffers offer price (loan cost) should be calculated based on the interest rate according to the formula: WIBOR 3M rate as at April 30, 2025 - i.e. 5.36 plus a bank margin.
