Description:
1. Name of the order: Granting a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 7,500,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the City of Darowo Commune.2. Currency: PLN3. The loan in the amount of up to PLN 7,500,000.00 (say: seven million five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) will be disbursed in full from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2025 at the written request of the Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor will transfer the loan funds by cashless transfer to the Ordering Party's bank account at PKO BP Bank, Branch in Koszalin No. 88 1020 2791 0000 7502 0246 8387.5. Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement to the moment of payment, but no later than December 31, 20286. The capital installments of the loan will be repaid in the years: 2026 2028.7. The capital will be repaid starting from June 30, 2026 in interim installments, payable on the last business day of the interim period, in accordance with the following schedule: in 2026, the installment of PLN 1,250,000.00 payable by June 30, 2026, in 2026 an installment of PLN 1,250,000.00 payable by December 30, 2026, in 2027 an installment of PLN 1,250,000.00 payable by June 30, 2027, in 2027, an installment of PLN 1,250,000.00 payable to 30.12.2027...
