Description:
The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 8,000,000 (in words: eight million zlotys) to repay previously incurred credit and loan liabilities and to finance the planned budget deficit.
1) The loan will be repaid from income the commune's own funds in quarterly installments from 2026 to the end of 2030
1) If the above-mentioned loan repayment date falls on a non-working day, the repayment will be made

2) Credit utilization - until December 31, 2025.
3) Interest on the used amount credit will be calculated assuming that a year has 365/366 days.
Payment will be made in whole or in part, no later than three days after submitting the written request. (The loan will be disbursed on the ordering party's account in tranches and amounts specified each time by the Ordering Party).
If the loan is used in an amount lower than planned, this will not result in the termination of the loan agreement and will not cause any other claims of the contractor against the ordering party (the Contractor will not charge any fees or bank commission on the unused part of the loan). In such a situation, loan repayment installments will be proportionally reduced.
