Description:
1. The subject of this contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 8,344,534.00 to finance the planned deficit of the Gorowo Iławeckie Commune. 2. The contractor: 1) will grant a loan in the period: from November 1, 2023 - to December 31, 2023, 2) agree to disburse the loan inthe full amount and to disburse the loan in tranches. 3) in order to start the loan, he agrees to: - submitting a positive opinion to the Regional Accounting Chamber on the possibility of repaying the loan. - Submitting a declaration of the Municipality about not having arrears on credits and loans, andproper debt service and therefore the bank will not require submission of bank opinions, 4) it will charge interest on the actually used loan amount, 5) The loan will be taken out for a period of 161 months. 6) The principal will be repaid on an annual basis - in 2024- 2037 to March 31, 2037.
