Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long -term loan of PLN 8,400,000.00. The loan will be intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Iława poviat in 2025.
2. The loan will be made after the loan agreement until December 19, 2025, on dates and tranches adapted to the needs of the Ordering Party and will take place on the written order of the Ordering Party, within a maximum of 3 business days of receiving a written disposition from the Employer.
The contractor will not download additional commissions or fees for unused part of the loan granted.
4. The applicant provides for the possibility of early repayment loan or part of it without incurring any charges in this respect. About the desire to repay the loan or part of it earlier Ordering He will notify the Contractor in writing on the day of the planned repayment.
The contracting authority, in the event of prior repayment of part of the loan, has the right to indicate Specific loan installments from the schedule for which he made. The overpaid amount in question is not subject to interest.
6. The right security of the loan repayment is: Blanco promissory note together with a promissory note declaration.
