Description: The subject of the order is: "Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 9 060 851.00 for the Tarnów commune to cover the deficit and expenditures of the commune's budget for 2021" Under the following conditions:
1) The loan will be collected in tranches whose altitude will be reported by the borrower in a written instructions to launch the loan tranche of the so-called "On demand", with the last tranche of the bank account not later than 31.12.2021;
2) repayment of the loan in years and amounts:
a) 2022 - PLN 800,000.00;
b) 2023 - 800,000.00 PLN;
c) 2024 - PLN 900,000.00;
d) 2025 - PLN 1,000,000.00;
e) 2026 - PLN 1 050,000.00;
f) 2027 - PLN 1 050,000.00;
g) 2028 - PLN 1,015 851.00;
h) 2029 - PLN 945 000.00;
i) 2030 - PLN 1,500,000.00;
