Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: "granting a long -term loan in the amount of PLN 9,700,000.00 for the Tarnow commune to cover the deficit and expense of the commune's budget for 2025" under the following conditions:
1) the loan will be collected in tranches, the amount of which will be reported by the borrower In a written disposal to launch a loan tranche, the so -called "On demand", with the last tranche will affect the bank account no later than 31.12.2025.
2) loan repayment in the years and amounts:
a) 2026 year - PLN 700,000.00
b) 2027 year - PLN 1,125,000.00
c) 2028 year - PLN 1,125,000.00
d) 2029 - 1 125 PLN 000.00
e) 2030 year - PLN 1,125,000.00
f) 2031 year - PLN 1,125,000.00
g) 2032 year - PLN 1,125,000.00
h) 2033 year - PLN 1,125,000.00
i) 2034 year - PLN 1,125,000.00
3) The amount of annual capital repayments may change depending on the actual use of the loan and will be determined after 31.12.2025 (i.e. after the final date of launching the loan). If the loan is not fully used, the installments will be reduced in proportion to the loan.
4) loan repayment will take place in two -month installments, payable for the last business day of each month, starting from 27.02.2026 installments They will be repaid in individual years, at the end of February, April, June, August, October and December.
