3.1. The subject of the order is: 3.1.1. The subject of the order is to grant the Ciechocin Commune a long-term loan to repay previously incurred credits and loans and to finance the budget deficit. 3.1.2. Granting the Ciechocin Commune a long-term loan in Polish currency in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 z (in words: three million zlotys 00/100) to repay previously incurred credits and loans and to finance the budget deficit. 3.1.3. The loan will be made available to the ordering party in one tranche in the period from signing the contract to December 10, 2025. The bank will not charge a commission for disbursing the loan. 3.1.4. The loan will be made available to the ordering party in the form of a transfer of funds to the indicated bank account based on a written instruction.3.1.5. To calculate the cost of credit/interest for the offer, please use the interest rate from the date of publication of the announcement in the Public Procurement Bulletin (November 21, 2025 r.)3.1.6. Interest rate: according to the variable WIBOR 1M interest rate increased by the contractor's fixed margin during the term of the contract. 3.1.7.
