1.2 Terms of granting a loan:
loans and credits taken out in accordance with Resolution No. XVII/187/2025 of the City and Commune Council of Szamotuły adopted on September 11, 2025 in case taking out a long-term loan.
loan until January 30, 2036 inclusive.
