A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is to grant the Municipality of Lubasz a bank loan in the amount of PLN 2,774.000.00 for financing the planned budget deficit of Lubasz in 2021 and repayment of liabilities due to previously taken loans and loans2. Credit: 1) The loan will be granted for a period from the date of conclusion of the loan agreement until 31.12.2035. The repayment of the loan will be in Polish zlotys: Capital in quarterly periods, on the dates specified in the repayment schedule given in the loan agreement. The loan will be paid on the basis of notes (information) provided by the contractor (Bank) of the Ordering Party (Borrower) for 3 days before the payment of installments. Where the payment date of capital or interest on the loan falls on a non-working day, the repayment will take place on the first working day after this period. A) the first accounting period is counted from the date of payment and the loan tranche and ends on 30.06.2021. b) subsequent quarterly accounting periods are counted from the next day after the end of the previous period and are equal with calendar quarters.c) ...
