1. The subject of the contract is the service of granting a long -term loan to cover the planned deficit
budget of the city of Białogard in 2025 in the amount of 9,200,000 in connection with the implementation of investment tasks, and
repayment of previously incurred obligations for the issue of securities and loans taken out
2. The total value of the loan granted will be PLN 13,800,000.00, 3.
reimbursement already expenditure incurred for the repayment of loans installments, purchase of bonds and covering the deficit to full
4. Loan period from the day signing loan agreement until December 29, 2036. 5
use of the loan by December 30, 2025. 6. Caranty in repayment of loan capital installments until: 29
June 2026. 7. Conditions for repayment of Capital installments of the loan: installment of the loan granted after the grace period,
