Description:
The subject of the contract includes in particular:
a) loan amount: up to PLN 3,600,000.00 (in words: three million six hundred thousand zlotys);
b) loan repayment period: the loan will be repaid in 2027 - 2033 in quarterly installments;
c) loan period: 2025 - 2033;
d) capital repayment grace period: will take place to on 31.03.2027;
e) loan currency: loan repayment will take place in the currency of PLN;
f) Loan allocation: amount of PLN 3,600,000.00 allocated to repayment of previously taken loans in the amount of PLN 2,013,204.00 and to cover the deficit PLN 1 586 796.00.
g) loan security: Blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration (counted by the Treasurer of the Commune);
h) loan cost: the loan interest rate will be expressed as the sum of the WIBOR rate for a three -month period, valid for 2 business days before each start of the accounting period (quarter) and the contractor's margin (up to two decimal places)
i) margin: will stand throughout the entire period of the contract;
j) putting a loan at your disposal: the day of signing the contract It will be the day of making the loan at the disposal of the Ordering Party. The loan payment will be launched in the tranches according to the needs of the Employer and on his application using until 31/12/2025;
k) Payment of interest: will take place during the quarterly periods in 2025 - 2033, from the moment of launching loan for the actual number of interest days and the actual used and unpaid loan value. Interest for the entire loan period should ...
