Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long -term loan up to PLN 13,603,774.00 for the Szczecin poviat to finance investment tasks scheduled for implementation in 2025
a) the contracting authority reserves the right to change investments planned to finance in 2025 from the loan, from the loan,as well as to change the loan amount to individual investment tasks - in connection with the above, the Employer agrees that the loan taken is a rotary loan.
b) the deadline for the implementation of investment works assumed for financing from the requested loan, covers time from the first quarter to the end of the 4thquarter of 2025
c) Credit funds will be allocated to financing current liabilities and partly for refinancing expenses already incurred in 2025, because part of the investment is already being implemented.
2. Credit will be interest -bearing on the basis of WIBOR 1M plus a bank margin. Interest rateIt will result from the offer of the selected contractor,
3. The loan securing will be a promissory note "in blank" together with a promissory note declaration, at which the treasurer's countersignate will be submitted.and to the customer's bank account.
