Description:
Granting a long-term loan up to PLN 1,700,000.001. The subject of the order is to grant the Pitnica Commune a long-term loan up to PLN 1,700,000.00 /in words: one million seven hundred thousand zlotys/ intended to finance the planned budget deficit.1) Loan period - the period from the date of signing the contract to the date of repayment of the last installment, i.e. December 31, 2035. 2) Repayment of the loan in monthly installments on the last day of the month in accordance with the repayment schedule presented in a. No. 6 to SWZ. 3) The loan will be repaid as follows: in 2028, in 2029, in 2030 and in 2031. 44 installments of PLN 8,333.33 z, 4 installments of PLN 8,333.37, in 2032 and 2033 22 installments of PLN 16,666.66 each, 2 installments of PLN 16,666.74 each, in 2034 and 2035 24 installments of PLN 37,500.00 each, plus the interest due. 4) Payment of the first capital installment by January 31, 2028. Payment of the first interest installment by January 31, 2026.5) If the loan installment payment deadline and the interest will fall on a non-working day.
