Description:
The subject of this order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,600,000.00 (in words: two million six hundred zlotys 0/100) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Siedlisko Commune in 2025. 1. Loan amount: PLN 2,600,000.00.2. Loan period: from the date of loan disbursement to the final capital repayment date, i.e. by December 31, 2038.3. Grace period for capital payment 31/12/2029 4. The loan will be repaid in monthly principal installments including interest, taking into account the principal repayment grace period until December 31, 2029, with the possibility of changing the repayment schedule.5. Timely security repayment of the loan together with interest will be a blank bill of exchange together with a declaration of bills of exchange, countersigned by the Municipal Treasurer.6. Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN).7. Loan tranches will be released by transferring them to the Ordering Party's account application, in tranches with a frequency and in amounts determined by the current needs of the Ordering Party, in the period from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2025 (we assume the date of disbursement of the loan in full for the purposes of preparing the offer ...
