Description:
1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan up to PLN 30,000,000.00
to cover the planned budget deficit of the Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Commune in 2024
2. Currency: PLN
3. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use all or part of the planned loan
without incurring from thisdue to additional fees.
4.The loan will be disbursed in tranches based on the Ordering Party's instructions sent
to the Contractor by e-mail to the indicated e-mail address. Payment of individual tranches will be made no later than the third business day from the date of sending the instruction by e-mail
5. If the Contractor fails to make the loan available to the Ordering Party
on time, the Ordering Party reserves the right to compensation for losses incurred on general terms.
6. The loan repayment period is 5 years (2025-2029).
7. Repayment loan installments will be made monthlydays, starting from January 31, 2025 to December 31, 2029, until the last business day of each calendar month. Amount of capital installments: 60 installments of PLN 500,000.00
8. Interest will be charged on the actual loan debt from the day the loan is disbursed
to the day preceding the repayment datey and repaid monthly.
9. The Contractor will inform the Ordering Party in writing (e.g. e-mail) about the amount of interest to be paid on the used part of the loan, at least 3 days before the payment due date.
10.The Ordering Party has the right to make early repayment of the loan or part of it without incurring any costs...
