Description:
1. The subject of the contract is granting a long -term loan of PLN 3,454,838.17 for the Siewierz commune.
2. The loan will be granted in the amount of PLN 3,454,838.17 to finance the previously incurred liabilities.
3. Loading of the loan - from the date of signing the contract to 31.12.2025 in tranches depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, launched on the basis of a written application of the ordering party submitted to the bank by email no later than 2 business days before the planned payment date to the bank account indicated by him.
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to not use loan in full amount without incurring additional costs.
5. The loan interest rates on the entire loan period, based on the WIBOR 3M rate, calculated as the average of the last 10 quotations preceding a given interest period and increased by a fixed margin of the bank.
6. Credit payment follow It will be in 37 installments according to the repayment schedule (Annex No. 2 to SWZ) from 31.05.2026 to 30.11.2032, while it is assumed that if the loan installment repayment date falls on Saturday or public free day as the last day of the deadline is considered the next day after day or non -working days.
