Description:
The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 13,500,000.00 (thirteen million five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) for the repayment of previously incurred liabilities under series A21 revenue bonds.
1. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party in 2025 loan in Polish currency in the amount of PLN 13,500,000.00 (in words: thirteen million five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) on the terms specified in the agreement.
2. The Ordering Party will use the funds from the loan to repay previously incurred liabilities under series A21 revenue bonds.
3. Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2040.
4. The loan will be disbursed once until December 1, 2025 ("on request"), i.e. after the Ordering Party submits a written instruction to disburse the loan - the loan is available on the Ordering Party's account within a maximum of 2 business days from the date of submitting an instruction.
5. The loan will be disbursed to the account indicated in the agreement.
6. The grace period for repayment of the loan capital is valid until the day preceding the day of the first repayment of the capital installment.
7. Repayment period of the loan capital - 15 years (from January 31, 2026 to December 31, 2040).
8. The date of commencement of repayment of the principal installments of the loan (the first principal installment payment date is January 31, 2026. Due to Saturday falling on that day, the repayment date is moved to the first business day, i.e. February 2, 2026).
