- The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 1,321,602.00 (in words: one million three hundred twenty one thousand six hundred two zlotys) to cover the planned budget deficit.
The loan will be used after concluding the loan agreement, no later than March 31 December 2025. The loan will be available in several tranches depending on the Ordering Party's needs. The maximum amount of the loan granted is PLN 1,321,602.00. The loan will be made available to the Ordering Party in the form of a transfer of funds to the indicated bank account on the basis of written instruction.
The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the loan in full, in which case the cost of the loan (margin, interest) will be calculated on the actual debt, and not on the requested maximum loan amount.
The loan will be secured by a blank promissory note issued by the Ordering Party with the countersignature of the Treasurer.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to early repayment of all or part of the loan.
In such a case, the loan repayment schedule will be changed in consultation with the bank.
Interest charged will be based on the actual debt, monthly, in the amount of currently applicable interest rates (Wibor 1M) and payable at the end of the calendar month (no later than on the last business day of a given month).
